A Man Called Otto (Streaming)

 

This movie is an interpretation of a book, but for most Scandinavians it seems more like an American remake of Swedish movie succes "En man som heter Ove" from 2015.  Either way, it's a terrific book, the first movie is fantastic, this one is not bad. But it doesn't make any difference. When it's great it's just equal to the original movie, but sometimes it comes short and then it's just redundant.

For anyone facing retirement the jokes might hit a bit to close for comfort, for everyone else its amusing how fast the world changes and we with it. Stream it if you desire som easy entertainment to digest, but should you love movies, try to find the original Swedish version by Hannes Holm.
