At the time it was a scoop that the lead singer from Blur participated in this movie. To be fair, he is not bad, but the scoop is Robert Carlyles eyes, Ray Winstone face and Phil Davis energy. This UK crime thriller is really great, not complicated, not genius, just straight on classic crime movie. It is still worth watching, and to revisit a world of crime that seems naive to this day and age. Plus, if you're a man, to fall in love all over again with a young Lena Headey.
